Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Uprika, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. License Grant

Free Trial

Uprika offers a free trial with limited usage:

  • Up to 10 keyword scans
  • Up to 8 AI-generated listings (including market expansion)
  • Full access to screenshot builder, keyword tracking, and language expansion
  • CLI access for scans and listings (within trial limits)
  • No time limit — the trial does not expire

Trial usage is tracked per device. Trial credits cannot be reset by reinstalling.

Pro License

The Pro License is a one-time purchase of $79 USD that grants:

  • Unlimited keyword scans, AI-generated listings, and market expansion
  • Direct publishing to Google Play and Apple App Store (Pro exclusive)
  • Unlimited CLI and agent automation
  • Activation on up to 2 devices simultaneously
  • 1 year of software updates from the date of purchase

3. Updates and Renewal

  • Your Pro License includes 1 year of free updates.
  • After 1 year, you can continue using the version you have — the app works forever.
  • To receive new features and improvements released after your update window expires, renew at $29/year.
  • If you install a version released after your update window, it will prompt you to renew.

4. Payment and Refunds

  • Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. Their terms apply to payment processing.
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not activated your license key.
  • Once a license key is activated, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact hello@uprika.com.

5. License Restrictions

You may not:

  • Share, resell, or distribute your license key
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the license validation system
  • Use the software to violate the terms of service of any app store
  • Circumvent trial limits through technical means

Violation of these restrictions may result in license revocation without refund.

6. AI and Third-Party Services

  • Uprika requires an AI provider to generate listings and brainstorm keywords. You are responsible for providing your own API key and complying with your AI provider's terms of service.
  • Content generated by AI is your responsibility. Review all AI-generated listings before publishing.
  • App store publishing uses your store credentials. You are responsible for compliance with Google Play and Apple App Store guidelines.

7. Data Ownership

You own all data you create with Uprika — scan results, listings, screenshots, and projects. We do not claim any rights to your content. All data is stored locally on your device.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Uprika is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or compliant with store guidelines
  • Keyword research data will be current or complete
  • The software will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Store publishing will succeed (depends on your store credentials and compliance)

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uprika and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of the software.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Uprika after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
